Gloria Quesquen-Cap is a graduate from Glendale College with a degree in Child Development. Gloria's love and passion for children, coupled with her convictions on education and personal attention, lead to the creation of GQ Daycare as a private higher-learning childcare facility in 2000: "Many commercial Daycare Centers suffer from low paid and sometimes unskilled workers trying to care for 8-15 children per worker.
